Welcome to Wellspring Vancouver
Wellspring Vancouver is the first Wellspring summer fitness and weight loss camp in Canada and the Pacific Northwest, and one of the most effective weight loss programs in the world. Boys and girls ages 11-18 enjoy an amazing summer of weight loss, fun, and friendships. Rapid and dramatic weight loss results are achieved through a proven and comprehensive program provided by a staff of trained professionals.
Located in one of the most beautiful areas in the world, near Whistler, BC, on the Sea-to-Sky Highway north of Vancouver, and nestled between the Tantalus Range and the North Shore Mountains, Wellspring Vancouver campers have the best of all worlds. Our campus is Quest University, Canada’s newest university, with brand new, state-of-the-art dormitories, dining halls, and athletic facilities. At the same time, we have direct access to magnificent mountain trails and parks, ocean sports and dozens of activities at Whistler and in the Metropolitan Vancouver region.
Attending a four, six, or eight-week session is not a summer at fat camp, but rather a direct path to rapid weight loss and successful weight control for the long run, as well as memories that will last a lifetime.
Wellspring Vancouver campers are young men and women who share common goals: lose weight, get in shape, and have fun. Ocean kayaking, hiking, river rafting, mountain biking, personal training and team sports played in a supportive environment on a state-of-the-art campus are just some of the many activities Wellspring Vancouver has to offer.
Nutrition and culinary training paired with delicious healthy meals and snacks served in our mountainside dining hall guarantee that campers will learn to love a range of healthful new foods. Wellspring Vancouver is not about going on a diet, it’s about learning to change your diet. These elements, combined with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), result in a program that is definitely not a diet camp, boot camp or fat camp, but rather rapid and dramatic weight loss, followed by lifestyle change for continued weight loss after campers return home.
